摘  要:涪陵工区页岩气田三开采气过程中产生的油基岩屑主要采用热脱附方式处理。由于岩屑批次不同、加热温度不均等原因,采用的间歇式热脱附炉伴随有不同程度的结焦情况产生。文章对油基岩屑性质存在差异、炉膛温度控制不合理这两个引起间歇式热脱附炉结焦的主要原因进行分析,对炉内摩擦钢环的加入量、辅助药剂的种类和加入量、炉膛温度的控制进行实验研究,提出在炉内加入约2 t钢环、250 kg辅助药剂NaHCO 3、炉膛温度控制在550℃左右时,能有效改善炉膛结焦问题,装置热脱附处理效率得到有效提高。The oil-based cuttings generated during the gas extraction process in the shale gas field of Fuling industrial area are mainly treated by thermal desorption.Due to different batches of cuttings and uneven heating temperatures,the batch-type thermal desorption furnace has different degrees of coking.The article analyzed the two main causes of coking in the batch thermal desorption furnace,which are the difference in the nature of oil-based cuttings and the unreasonable control of furnace temperature,and carried out experimental research on the addition of friction steel ring,the type and amount of auxiliary chemicals,the control of furnace temperature.It is proposed that when adding about 2 t of steel rings,250 kg of auxiliary agent NaHCO 3 and controlling the furnace temperature at about 550℃,the coking problem of the furnace can be effectively improved and the efficiency of the thermal desorption treatment of the device can be effectively improved.
