摘　　要：[目的/意义]系统梳理民国时期中国第一批女性图书馆员的成长历程,探讨女性图书馆员职业化发展道路及特质,以期对当代女性图书馆员队伍建设提供借鉴与启示。[方法/过程]运用文献分析、比较研究、个案分析等研究方法,全面搜罗民国时期女性图书馆员信息,探析民国女性图书馆员队伍建设的发展脉络及历史特征。[结果/结论]20世纪初,受在华西方女性图书馆员影响,部分中国女性冲破封建男权束缚,成为第一批中国女性图书馆员。虽然人数不多,但她们与男性图书馆员一样,为近代中国图书馆事业的发展做出了不容忽视的贡献,为当代女性图书馆员队伍建设夯实了基础,提供了宝贵的借鉴和启示。[Purpose/significance]The growth course of the first group of female Chinese librarians in the Republic of China era is systematically combed,and the professional development and characteristics of these female librarians are discussed,to provide reference and inspiration for the team construction of contemporary female librarians.[Method/process]With research methods such as documentation analysis,comparative analysis and case study,full information of all female librarians in each decade of that period is collected,and the historical development and characteristics of the female librarian team are analyzed.[Results/conclusion]At the beginning of the 20th century,influenced by western female librarians working in China,a few Chinese females broke through the fetter of patriarchal tradition and became the first group of female Chinese librarians.Though the number of them is not so large,these female librarians have still made a great contribution to the development of modern Chinese library together with the males and laid a solid foundation for the team construction of contemporary female Chinese librarians and brought them valuable inspiration.
