摘  要:针对半穿甲战斗部高速侵彻不同结构形式舰船板架时,弹体侵彻能力和引信加速度响应规律认识不清的问题,采用数值模拟的方法研究弹体侵彻等效钢板、单一加筋板和十字加筋板的力学响应和过载特征,分析不同板架结构的毁伤效果和能量吸收,弹体及引信的剩余速度和过载信号。结果表明,不同结构形式板架破口大小一致,靶板的整体变形很小,加强筋产生较多的结构碎片;加强筋对弹体速度的衰减作用影响较小,但可以吸收比靶板更多的能量;加强筋主要影响弹体过载峰值,T型材面板使得弹体过载信号产生“双峰”形态;加强筋使得引信过载信号更为振荡和粘连。In order to study the penetration ability and overload signal of different forms of warship grillage structures by semi-armor-piercing warhead,the numerical simulation method was adopted to research on structural mechanical response and overload characteristics when missile penetrating into three types of grillage structures,including equivalent plate,plate of single and double reinforcing ribs.Different forms of grillage structural damage effect and energy absorption,residual velocity and overload signal of projectile and fuze were analyzed.The results showed that the uniform size of breaches under different forms of grillage structures,the global deformation of the main plates were not obvious,more and larger structural fragments generated by stiffeners.Although reinforcing structure had weak effect on the residual velocity of missile,precedes the main plate s high energy-absorption capability.The reinforcing rib effected the peak overload values of projectile.The overload signal of projectile was affected by T-profile flat panel,which was showed by a bimodal curve.Fuze overload signal became more drastic oscillation and severer adhesion by stiffeners.
