摘　　要：棉花作为纺织产业链的最基本原料,占纺织原料总数的七成左右,提供充分且可预期的棉花原料对于产业链高质量发展至关重要。分析国内棉花市场变化及典型纱厂经营情况,厘清棉花产业相关方的参与特征,为构建“稳供给、稳预期”的国内棉花产业新格局,提出了相关意见和建议。Cotton,as the most basic raw material in the textile industry chain,accounts for about 70%of the total textile raw materials.Providing sufficient and predictable cotton raw materials is crucial for the high-quality development of the industrial chain.By analyzing the changes of domestic cotton market and the operation of typical cotton mills,it clarified the participations in the cotton industry,and relevant opinions and suggestions were proposed for building a new era with stable supply and stable expectation of domestic cotton industry.
