摘 要:新型电力系统是实现碳达峰碳中和目标的重要支撑。基于新型电力系统的核心特征,剖析了传统电力系统新形势下面临的挑战,针对性提出了“电网分区分而治之”、“源网荷储协调”互动的新型电力系统实现路径,同时分析了多能网融合、数字化对新型电力系统的助力作用,最后从发展思路、开发建设、政策制度、技术研发等4个方面给出了建设新型电力系统的建议。The new power system is an important support for achieving the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Based on the core characteristics of new power system,the challenges faced by traditional power system under the new situation are analyzed,and the realization path of new power system is intentionally put forward as“Divided and conquered by power grid division”and“Coordination of source,network,load and storage”.At the same time,the boosting effect of multi-energy network integration and digitalization on the new power system is analyzed.Finally,some suggestions for building a new power system are presented from the four aspects of planning idea,development and construction,policy mechanism and technology research.
