摘 要:我国正处于常规水电有序推进和抽水蓄能电站加速发展的阶段,为适应新时期生态文明建设绿色发展理念对水电建设项目水土保持提出的新要求,以水电建设项目为研究对象,通过对已开发水电项目水土保持典型措施及成熟技术进行分析,总结了弃渣场选址防护、高陡边坡生态修复、干热与高寒区域植被恢复3类典型措施存在的主要问题和实践技术经验,提出了加强高寒区生态修复技术研发、高陡边坡生态修复技术研究与抽水蓄能电站生态建设等工作展望,为今后水电建设项目水土保持工作提供了经验借鉴及技术措施研发方向。China is in the stage of orderly promotion of conventional hydropower and rapid development of pumped-storage power station.In order to meet the new requirements of the concept of green development of ecological civilization construction in new era on soil and water conservation of hydropower projects,the typical measures and mature technologies of soil and water conservation applied in developed hydropower projects are analyzed,and the main problems and practical technical experiences of three typical measures,including site selection and protection of residues disposal areas,ecological restoration of high and steep slopes,and vegetation restoration in dry-hot valley and alpine area,are summarized.The prospects of strengthening the research of ecological restoration technology in alpine area,the study of ecological restoration technology of high and steep slopes,and the ecological construction of pumped-storage stations are put forward.The analysis results will provide experience reference and technical measures research direction for soil and water conservation of hydropower projects in the future.
