摘 要:现代设施农业补光灯的配光控制,尤其是提高冠层的光合光子照度均匀度(Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density,PPFD),降低无效照明所占能量比例的设计,对于节约能源、降低种植成本和提高管理效率均有实际意义。本文基于数字照明光场理论,针对植物生长灯的LED光源,设计了自由曲面透镜,使用该透镜,采用在中心单灯管的布灯方式,即可在灯具下方的种植区域形成横向和纵向两个方向的高均匀度光场分布,且LED发出的光合光子几乎全部落入到种植区内,对于垂直农业及育种具有较高的实用价值。The light distribution control of supplementary lighting in modern facility agriculture,especially the design of improving the uniformity of photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD)in the canopy of plants and reducing unused lighting which missed reaching the plants,is of great value for saving energy,reducing planting costs and improving management efficiency.Based on the theory of digital light field,this paper designs a free-form surface lens for the LED light source of the plant growth lamp.Using this lens,a single lamp tube installed in the center of rack can efficiently form a uniform PPFD distribution both at horizontal and vertical area in the planting area.Almost all of the photosynthetic photons emitted by the LED are directed into the planted area.This design has high practical value for vertical farm and agricultural breeding.
