摘　　要：城市照明规划对于合理确定城市照明建设规模、时序和发展模式等方面发挥引领作用。住建部颁发的《城市照明管理规定》等文件都明确要求科学编制城市照明规划。本文通过分析当前道路照明发展面临的新形势,结合目前城市道路照明规划中出现的主要问题,就“十四五”期间城市道路照明可持续发展提出应对策略和规划编制建议,以期为城市道路照明管理者和规划编制者提供思路。Urban lighting planning plays a leading role in rationally determining the scale,timing,and development mode of urban lighting construction.The“Urban Lighting Management Regulations”and other documents issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development clearly require the scientific preparation of urban lighting planning.This article analyzes the new situation faced by the current development of road lighting,combined with the main problems encountered in urban road lighting planning,and proposes countermeasures and planning suggestions for the sustainable development of urban road lighting during the“14th Five Year Plan”period,with a view to providing ideas for urban road lighting managers and planning compilers.
