摘  要:大进深空间等少窗办公空间获得的自然光暴露、自然景观更少,VDT办公人员产生视疲劳更多。为探究人工窗景对VDT办公人员视疲劳的缓解效果,本研究选取11名被试在下午VDT作业2 h后分别在有人造天窗、人工窗景的空间休息,测量被试休息前后视疲劳主观评价、视觉状态指标,从而得出其视疲劳缓解效果。对人造天窗和人工窗景的疲劳阻断效果进行对比,研究人工窗景对VDT办公人员视疲劳的缓解效果及其代替人造天窗、在大进深办公空间中大面积推广的可能性。In large,deep office spaces with few windows,there is less exposure to natural light and natural views,which can lead to increased visual fatigue among VDT operators.In order to explore the alleviation effect of artificial view window on visual fatigue of VDT office staff,11 subjects were selected to rest in the space with artificial skylight and artificial view window after two hours of VDT operation in the afternoon,and the subjective evaluation and visual state indicators of visual fatigue before and after the rest were measured,so as to obtain their visual fatigue alleviation effect.The fatigue blocking effect of artificial skylight and artificial view window was compared,and the effect of artificial view window on VDT office fatigue relief and its possibility of replacing artificial skylight and large-scale promotion in large deep office space were studied.
