摘  要:开放式办公空间由于其大开间、大进深和用户需求矛盾的特点,产生了天然采光不足或不均衡的现象,如长时间关闭窗帘并使用人工照明等。为了提高开放式办公空间内天然采光质量并降低照明能耗,本文基于有效采光度和照度均匀度,提出了一种包含均衡性在内的天然光环境综合评估分数,选取深圳市内某开放式办公空间,并进行三维建模与室内天然光环境模拟,结果发现其天然光均衡性较差。本文设计了一种采光窗网格化控制与窗帘多方向控制相结合的采光遮阳精细化控制方法,通过对比分析目标办公空间优化前后的天然采光质量,可得出结论:在满足室内工作平面天然光需求的基础上,精细化控制模式下典型气象年全年天然光环境综合分数平均值可达到58.70分,相比于粗放式控制模式(18.95分)和手动控制模式(0.10分)有明显的提高。Open-plan office spaces often experience insufficient or uneven natural lighting due to their large open layouts,significant depths,and conflicting user needs.Window users who receive excess natural light close their curtains to block natural light,reducing the efficiency of natural light utilization in open office spaces and increasing the use of additional artificial lighting.This article proposes a comprehensive assessment score for natural lighting environments that includes both effective daylight factor and illuminance uniformity.A specific open-plan office space in Shenzhen was selected as the case study,and three-dimensional modeling and simulations of the interior natural lighting environment were conducted.The results indicated that the natural lighting balance in the space was poor.This article presents a refined control method for daylighting and shading in which grid-based control is combined with multi-directional curtain control.By comparing and analyzing the natural lighting quality before and after optimizing the target office space,the following conclusions can be drawn:Under the refined control mode,the average comprehensive score for the natural lighting environment for a typical meteorological year reaches 58.70 points.This is a significant improvement compared to the coarse control mode(18.95 points)and manual control mode(0.10 points)while still meeting the natural lighting needs of the indoor workspace.
