摘　　要：新时代共青团工作需要从培育青年支撑国家核心竞争力的目标着眼,从新青年的现实需求和时代特点入手,从新时代共青团活动组织这一关键环节的高质量和全过程发力。本文重点围绕共青团活动建设的目标体系、活动设计的“点线面”网络、活动评价的“四维”视角,深入探究新时代共青团活动组织模式的构建,结合实践经验探讨加强共青团活动载体建设的实用方案,提供新时代青年群体思想政治有效引领的重要路径。The work of the Communist Youth League in the new era needs to focus on the goal of cultivating young people to support the core competitiveness of the country,starting from the actual needs of the new youth and the characteristics of the times,and starting from the high quality and whole process of the key link of the organization of the Communist Youth League activities in the new era.This paper focuses on the goal system of the construction of the Communist Youth League activities,the'point,line and surface'network of activity design,and the'four-dimensional'perspective of activity evaluation,and deeply explores the construction of the organizational model of the Communist Youth League activities in the new era.Combined with practical experience,this paper explores practical solutions to strengthen the construction of the carrier of the Communist Youth League activities,and provides an important path for the effective ideological and political guidance of youth groups in the new era.
