摘 要:以油页岩渣、矿渣和锂渣为主要原料,制备多固废胶凝材料。研究锂渣掺量对胶砂试块力学性能的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析油页岩渣-矿渣-锂渣碱胶凝材料的水化反应机理。结果表明,保持矿渣掺量不变,随着锂渣掺量的增加,胶砂试块各龄期抗压、抗折强度大致呈逐渐降低趋势,胶凝材料中较适宜的锂渣掺量为7%,此时胶砂试块28 d抗压强度可达到54.26MPa。油页岩渣-矿渣-锂渣碱胶凝材料的水化产物主要是水化硅铝酸钙(C-A-S-H)、水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)和水化硅铝酸钠(N-A-S-H)凝胶,多种水化产物相互交织,促进试块强度增长。Multi solid waste cementitious material was prepared with oil shale slag,slag and lithium slag as main raw materials.The influence of lithium slag content on the mechanical properties of cementitious sand test blocks were studied.The hydration reaction mechanism of oil shale slag-slag-lithium slag alkali cementitious material was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that while keeping the slag content constant,with the increase of lithium slag content,the compressive and flexural strength of the cementitious sand test blocks at various ages gradually decrease.The more suitable lithium slag content in the cementitious material is 7%,and the compressive strength of the cementitious sand test blocks can reach 54.26 MPa after 28 days.The hydration products of oil shale slag-slag-lithium slag cementitious material are mainly hydrated calcium aluminates(C-A-S-H),hydrated calcium silicate(C-S-H)and hydrated sodium aluminate(N-A-S-H)gel,and various hydration products are interwoven to promote the strength growth of the test block.
