摘 要:由磷石膏直接或间接产生的废水中含有大量磷、氟,直接排放不仅污染环境,还会造成资源的浪费。本试验利用粉煤灰对高浓度含磷氟废水进行脱氟保磷处理,以获得满足制取合格饲料级磷酸氢钙原料要求(m(P_(2)O_(5)):m(F)≥300)的反应液,从而实现对废水中磷的回收利用。通过模拟废水分别探究了废水中磷浓度、氟浓度、m(P_(2)O_(5)):m(F)三个因素对粉煤灰处理废水的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰对F选择性更高,当m(P_(2)O_(5)):m(F)≥7,P质量浓度大于等于4000 mg/L时,经粉煤灰处理后的废水m(P_(2)O_(5)):m(F)>300。处理后废水可生产出符合GB/T 22549-2008Ⅲ型饲料级磷酸氢钙。The wastewater directly or indirectly produced by phosphogypsum contains a lot of phosphorus and fluorine,and the direct discharge not only pollutes the environment,but also causes waste of resources.In this paper,fly ash was used to defluorinate and retain phosphorus in wastewater containing high concentration phosphorus fluoride,so as to obtain the reaction liquid that can meet the requirement of making qualified feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate(m(P_(2)O_(5))∶m(F)≥300),so as to realize the recovery and utilization of phosphorus in wastewater.In this experiment,the effects of phosphorus concentration,fluorine concentration and m(P_(2)O_(5))∶m(F)on fly ash treatment wastewater were investigated by simulating wastewater.The results show that fly ash has higher selectivity to F,when m(P_(2)O_(5))∶m(F)is 7 or above 7,concentration of P is higher than 4000 mg/L,m(P_(2)O_(5))∶m(F)of wastewater treated by fly ash is above 300.The treated wastewater can produce qualified typeⅢfeed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate of GB/T 22549-2008.
