摘  要:以水泥和磷石膏基胶结材分别作为胶凝材料,以原状磷石膏为骨料,研究不同胶砂比和质量分数下材料的流动度、泌水率、浸出特性和抗压强度,确定磷石膏基水硬性胶结充填材料最优配比,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析充填材料硬化机理。结果表明,最优配比下磷石膏基胶结材充填材料28 d抗压强度是水泥固结充填材料的1.1倍;磷石膏基胶结材28 d浸出液中氟质量浓度为4.8 mg/L,满足GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准;磷质量浓度28 d时为0.04 mg/L,满足GB 3838-2002《地表水质量标准》Ⅱ类水质标准;磷石膏基胶结材充填体浸出液pH为9.8,远低于水泥固化充填体浸出液的pH。研究结果为磷石膏在矿井充填中应用提供了技术支撑。Using cement and phosphogypsum-based cemented materials as cementitious materials and unaltered phosphogypsum as aggregates,the fluidity,water secretion rate,leaching characteristics and compressive strength of materials under different glue-sand ratios and mass concentrations were studied.The optimal ratio of phosphogypsum-based water-hard cementation filling materials was determined,and the hardening mechanism of filling materials was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the 28 d compressive strength of phosphogypsum-based cemented material filling material was 1.1 times that of cement consolidation filling material under the optimal ratio,and the fluorine concentration in the 28 d leaching solution of phosphogypsum-based cemented material was 4.8 mg/L,which met the first-class discharge standard of GB 8978-1996"Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard".The phosphorus concentration was 0.04 mg/L at 28 d,which met the Class II water quality standard of GB 3838-2002"Surface water Quality Standard";The pH of phosphogypsum-based cemented body leaching solution was 9.8,which is much lower than that of cement-cured filling leaching fluid.The research results provide technical support for the application of phosphogypsum in mine filling.
