摘  要:以隧道弃渣为主要原料,配以适量粉煤灰和漂珠,采用模压成型法制备陶瓷透水砖。研究了烧结温度、保温时间和成型压力对陶瓷透水砖性能的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:原料隧道弃渣(Tu S)、粉煤灰和漂珠质量配比为50∶20∶30,烧成温度为1050℃,保温时间为60 min,成型压力为20 MPa;在此条件下,制得的透水砖抗压强度为18.5 MPa,透水系数为2.7×10^(-2)cm/s。Using tunnel slag(Tus)as the main raw material,adding a suitable amount of fly ash and bleached beads,water permeable ceramic bricks were prepared by pressing method.The effects of the sintering temperature,the holding time and the molding pressure on the compressive strength and permeation coefficient of water permeable ceramic bricks were studied.The results showed that the best process conditions were as follows:the mass ratio of TuS,fly ash and bleach bead was 50∶20∶30,the sintering temperature was 1050℃,the holding time was 60 min and the rnolding pressure was 20 MPa.Under these conditions,water permeable ceramic bricks with the compressive strength of 18.5 MPa and the permeation coefficient of 2.7×10^(-2)cm/s were obtained.
