摘 要:为弥补国外某高磷赤铁矿矿石高价进口的部分成本损失,提高其综合利用率,本试验针对该高磷赤铁矿磁选尾矿中铁矿物和磷矿物进行选矿研究。在磁选尾矿性质基础上,确定水玻璃用量为750 g/t,玉米淀粉用量为300 g/t,十二烷基苯磺酸钠用量为69.72 g/t,经过1粗3精2扫浮选闭路试验,得到P_(2)O_(5)品位为31.08%、回收率为85.25%的磷灰石精矿,实现了尾矿废弃物的再利用。In order to make up part of the cost loss of a high-phosphorus hematite ore imported at a high price from abroad and improve its comprehensive utilization rate,this paper makes an experimental study on the beneficiation of iron minerals and phosphate minerals in the magnetic separation tailings.On the basis of the properties of magnetic separation tailings,the dosage of sodium silicate was 750 g/t,corn starch was 300 g/t,and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate was 69.72 g/t.After closed-circuit flotation test of one roughing,three deanings and two scavenings,apatite concentrate with P_(2)O_(5)content of 31.08%and recovery rate of 85.25%was obtained,which realized the reuse of tailings waste.
