摘  要:低品位胶磷矿品位低、嵌布粒度细,浮选过程复杂,成本较高。在保证分选效果的同时,为降低入浮量和整体分选成本,采用强化离心重力分选设备进行试验。结果表明,Faclon离心分选机转动频率能为分选过程提供一定的离心强度,促进物料分层,同时降低实际分选密度,而反冲水压可冲洗精矿,排除杂质,一定程度上提高了分选密度。利用二次分选(粗-精选),并设定粗选和精选的转动频率分别为45 Hz和50 Hz,反冲水压分别为0.02 MPa和0.05 MPa,可得到产率为40.58%、P_(2)O_(5)品位为7.24%的较纯尾矿(Faclon的溢流)和产率为24.90%、P_(2)O_(5)品位为24.07%的合格精矿(Faclon来复圈内排料),Faclon精选产生中矿的产率和P_(2)O_(5)品位分别为34.52%和17.12%,仅此部分需要后续再进行磨矿、浮选,即可有效减少约65%的后续入浮量,从而有效控制低品位胶磷矿的整体分选成本。Low grade collophanite has a complex flotation process and high cost due to its low grade and fine embedding particle size.While ensuring the sorting effect,in order to effectively reduce the flotation feed quantity and overall sorting cost,an enhanced centrifugal gravity sorting equipment was used for experiments.The results showed that the rotation frequency of the Faclon centrifugal sorting machine ensured a certain centrifugal strength for the separation process,promoted stratification of material,and decreased the actual sorting density.The backwash water pressure could wash the concentrate and remove impurities,which improved the sorting density.By utilizing secondary sorting(roughing-selecting)and the rotation frequency of roughing and selecting was 45 Hz and 50 Hz respectively,and the backwash water pressure was 0.02 MPa and 0.05 MPa respectively,a pure tailings with yield of 40.58%and P_(2)O_(5)grade of 7.24%(overflow of Faclon)and a qualified concentrate with yield of 24.90%and P_(2)O_(5)grade of 24.07%(discharged from the complex circle by Faclon)could be obtained.The yield and P_(2)O_(5)grade of the intermediate ore produced by Faclon selecting were 34.52%and 17.12%,respectively,only this part required subsequent grinding and flotation,which could effectively reduce the subsequent flotation amount by about 65%,thereby effectively controlling the overall sorting cost of low-grade phosphate rock.
