摘  要:将硅藻土原土进行焙烧、酸洗等改性处理,去除杂质和有机物,提高其比表面积和吸附性能。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、比表面积(BET)等方法对改性硅藻土进行分析表征,以甲基橙为对象考察其吸附性能。结果表明,硅藻土经过焙烧酸洗改性,其中无定形SiO_(2)更多地向结晶态SiO2转变,表面附着杂质较少,比表面积、孔体积增大,因此吸附性能增强。550℃焙烧酸洗硅藻土对甲基橙的吸附率可以达到86%。改性硅藻土对甲基橙的吸附符合准二级动力学方程,R^(2)大于0.98,吸附过程以化学吸附为主,吸附等温线更符合Langmuir模型。说明改性硅藻土是一种有应用潜力的吸附剂。In this paper,the diatomite raw soil was roasted and pickled to remove impurities and organic matter,improve its specific surface area and adsorption properties.It was characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and BET,and its adsorption performance was investigated with methyl orange as the adsorption object.The results showed that after roasting and pickling modification,more amorphous SiO_(2)in diatomite changes to crystalline SiO_(2),less impurities were attached to its surface,and the specific surface area and pore volume increased,thus enhancing the adsorption performance of diatomite.The adsorption rate of methyl orange by roasting and pickling diatomite at 550℃could reach 86%.The adsorption of methyl orange by modified diatomite conformed to the quasi second-order kinetic equation,R^(2)>0.98,the adsorption process was mainly chemical adsorption.The adsorption isotherm was more consistent with Langmuir model,which showed modified diatomite is a kind of adsorbent with potential application.
