摘  要:通过室内配制硫酸溶液模拟酸性环境中RM-CMK地聚合物的腐蚀试验,研究不同侵蚀龄期下RM-CMK地聚合物外观形貌、应力-应变曲线和抗压强度的变化规律。借助压汞(MIP)测试技术,表征硫酸溶液环境中不同侵蚀龄期RM-CMK地聚合物的孔隙特征。从微观的角度解释硫酸溶液环境中RM-CMK地聚合物宏观特性变化原因。结果表明,RM-CMK地聚合物具有良好的耐硫酸腐蚀性能,经过112 d硫酸溶液侵蚀后,抗压强度仍能达到未侵蚀之前50%以上,但是在28 d侵蚀龄期时,试块表面开始变得粗糙,在56 d侵蚀龄期时,试块开始出现裂纹,并随侵蚀龄期增加愈加明显;RM-CMK地聚合物在硫酸溶液环境中同时进行酸腐蚀反应和地质聚合反应,不同侵蚀龄期阶段两者的强弱不同;RM-CMK地聚合物在硫酸溶液环境中内部的孔隙体积和孔径分布未发生明显改变,无害孔逐渐向少害孔和多害孔转变。The corrosion test of RM-CMK geopolymer in the simulated acidic environment by preparing sulfuric acid solution in laboratory was carried out to study the appearance morphology,stress-strain curve and compressive strength of RM-CMK geopolymer at different erosion ages.The pore characteristics of RM-CMK geopolymer in sulfuric acid solution environment at different erosion ages were characterized by mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)testing technology.From a microscopic perspective,the reasons for the macro-characteristics change of RM-CMK geopolymer in sulfuric acid solution environment were explained.The results show that RM-CMK geopolymer has good sulfuric acid corrosion resistance.After 112 d sulfuric acid solution erosion,the compressive strength can still reach more than half of that before erosion.However,the surface of the block begins to become rough at the 28 d erosion age.Cracks begin to appear on the block at 56 d of erosion age,which becomes more obvious with the erosion age.RM-CMK geopolymer undergoes acid corrosion reaction and geological polymerization reaction in sulfuric acid solution environment at the same time.The strength and weakness of two reactions are different at different erosion age stages.The pore volume and pore size distribution of RM-CMK geopolymer does not change obviously in sulfuric acid solution environment,but harmless pores gradually change to less harmful pores and more harmful pores.
