摘 要:文章制备了两组钢纤维自密实混凝土试件,将其浸泡在不同浓度的硫酸盐溶液中,浸泡后测试钢纤维自密实混凝土的静力受压弹性模量,并观察其表面损伤层裂缝,计算弹性模量损失率、锈蚀深度、锈蚀率,确定表面损伤层变化的物理量。试验结果表明,在侵蚀时间超出8 d前,钢纤维自密实混凝土表面锈蚀深度与锈蚀率增长较缓慢,但是当锈蚀时间超出8 d后,钢纤维自密实混凝土表面锈蚀深度和锈蚀率快速增长,为实际中钢纤维自密实混凝土防护提供了一定的参考。Two groups of steel fiber self-compacting concrete specimens were prepared and immersed in sulfate solution with different concentrations.After immersion,the static compressive elastic modulus of steel fiber self-compacting concrete was tested,and the cracks in the surface damage layer were observed.The elastic modulus loss rate,corrosion depth and corrosion rate were calculated to determine the physical quantity of the change of the surface damage layer.The test results show that the surface corrosion depth and corrosion rate of the steel fiber self-compacting concrete increase slowly before the corrosion time exceeds 8 days.However,when the corrosion time exceeds 8 days,the surface corrosion depth and corrosion rate of steel fiber self-compacting concrete increase rapidly,which provides a certain reference for the protection of steel fiber selfcompacting concrete in practice.
