摘 要:受环境、荷载及材料老化等因素的影响,桥梁服役时间过长,结构承载力就会下降。为保证桥梁受力满足设计荷载,需采取有效措施进行补强。鉴于此,文章分析了预应力CFRP板加固机理与技术特点,以A桥梁加固为典型工况,通过计算分析与工艺实施,经静力荷载试验检测,结果表明:预应力碳纤维板加固技术可有效闭合梁体裂缝,改善结构应力状况,显著提升结构刚度与承载力,同时预应力损失较小,具有良好的可靠性和耐久性,值得推广。Due to the influence of factors such as environment,load and material aging,if the service time of a bridge is too long,the bearing capacity of the structure will decrease.In order to ensure that the bridge's stress meets the design load,effective measures should be taken for reinforcement.In view of this,this paper analyzes the reinforcement mechanism and technical characteristics of prestressed CFRP plate.Taking A bridge reinforcement as a typical working condition,through calculation analysis,process implementation,and static load test detection,the results show that prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology can effectively close girder cracks,improve structural stress conditions,significantly improve structural stiffness and bearing capacity,and have good reliability and durability with small prestress loss,which is worth promoting.
