摘 要:文章主要建设完成了20000 m^(3)/h处理规模的新型水平式湿式静电除尘器中试实验平台,实现技术集成与系统优化。通过中试实验验证了干湿耦合静电除尘器的性能,在烟气进口温度一定的条件下,烟气出口温度随阳极冲洗水量的增加而降低,该系统较合理的冲洗水量为1000 L/h,对应的系统耗水量为88.28 L/h。由此推算出300 MW机组烟气量的耗水量约8 t/h。蒸发面积一定时,蒸发量并不随冲洗水量的增加而增加。除尘器出口烟气颗粒物的浓度随电压的升高而降低,当电压达到55 kV时,出口浓度降至6.05 mg/m^(3),去除效率达到80%。对总颗粒物的去除而言,较经济的电场电压约为45 kV。A new type of horizontal wet electrostatic precipitator pilotscale experiment platform with a processing capacity of 20000 m^(3)/h was constructed to realize technology integration and system optimization.The performance of the dry-wet coupling electrostatic precipitator was verified by pilotscale experiment.Under the constant condition of flue gas inlet temperature,the flue gas outlet temperature decreases with the increase of anode flushing water volume.The reasonable flushing water volume of the system is 1000 L/h,and the corresponding system water consumption is 88.28 L/h.From this,it can be inferred that the water consumption of flue gas in 300 MW unit is about 8 t/h.When the evaporation area is constant,the evaporation amount does not increase with the increase Research on the Pilotscale Experiment of the New Horizontal Wet Electrostatic Precipitator of the amount of flushing water.The concentration of flue gas particles at the outlet of the precipitator decreases with the increase of voltage.When the voltage reaches 55 kV,the concentration at the outlet decreases to 6.05 mg/m^(3),and the removal efficiency reaches 80%.For the removal of total particulate matter,the economical electric field voltage is about 45 kV.
