高速公路互通地道桥工程中的回旋钻施工技术研究

摘　　要：尽管钻孔灌注桩技术日益成熟,但施工工艺不当仍然会降低钻孔灌注桩的施工质量,影响整个工程进度。文章结合某高速公路互通地道桥工程实例,介绍了回旋钻施工技术要点,阐述了回旋钻施工的难点及解决措施,以提升钻孔灌注桩的施工质量,确保高速公路桥梁施工安全,推动高速公路工程事业长远发展。Although the technology of bored piles is becoming more and more mature,improper construction technology will still reduce the construction quality of bored piles and affect the whole engineering progress.Based on the engineering example of an expressway interchange underpass bridge,this paper introduces the key points of rotary drilling construction technology,and expounds the difficulties and solutions of rotary drilling construction,so as to improve the construction quality of bored piles,ensure the construction safety of expressway bridges,and promote the long-term development of expressway engineering industry.
