摘  要:道岔连续梁施工因其技术难度及工艺的复杂性,一直被作为高速铁路施工的重点工程进行管理。为使道岔连续梁施工专项方案具有现场可操作性,满足施工技术和工程质量相关要求,文章结合具体工程实例,介绍了磁浮道岔梁带道岔横向顶推施工技术要点,阐述步履机控制调整及精准落梁的技术措施,并提出施工中出现问题的处理措施,以提高磁浮道岔梁顶推施工效率,确保桥梁工程整体施工质量,促进铁路桥梁工程事业的长远发展。The construction of turnout continuous beam has always been managed as the key engineering of high-speed railway construction because of its technical difficulty and process complexity.In order to make the special scheme of turnout continuous beam construction operable on site and meet the relevant requirements of construction technology and engineering quality,this paper introduces the key points of transverse jacking construction technology of maglev turnout beam with turnout,expounds the technical measures for the control and adjustment of walking machine and accurate beam falling,and puts forward solutions to problems encountered during construction,so as to improve the jacking construction efficiency of maglev turnout beam,ensure the overall construction quality of bridge engineering,and promote the long-term development of railway bridge engineering.
