六边形管片安装错台原因及对策分析

摘　　要：文章针对六边形管片的结构特点,以天水市曲溪城乡供水工程TBM施工管片安装为例,详细分析了六边形管片安装错台的成因及处理对策。通过管片安装时采取一系列合理的技术措施、管理措施等,有效控制了六边形管片安装错台的产生,保证了TBM施工质量,为类似工程提供了借鉴经验。In view of the structural characteristics of hexagonal segment,taking the TBM construction segment installation of Quxi urban and rural water supply engineering in Tianshui City as an example,this paper analyzes in detail the causes and treatment countermeasures of the installation misalignment of hexagonal segments.By adopting a series of reasonable technical and management measures during segment installation,the occurrence of hexagonal segment installation misalignment is effectively controlled,ensuring the quality of TBM construction and providing reference experience for similar engineering.
