船闸人字闸门制造安装技术及质量控制研究

摘　　要：船闸人字闸门的外形尺寸大,制造安装的工序多,规范制造安装及加强质量控制是保障船闸人字闸门整体质量的重要方式。基于此,文章结合实例,分析门叶的制造工艺及技术特点,提出超大型人字门H梁焊接工艺的改进措施,以及环氧树脂易拆装封堵技术的应用要点,根据结构特点采取合适的制造安装技术,通过技术优势有效提高了船闸人字闸门的制造安装质量,缩短了施工时间,降低了成本,促进了工程项目的发展。The ship lock miter gate has a large size,and there are many manufacturing and installation procedures.Standardizing manufacturing and installation and strengthening quality control are important ways to ensure the overall quality of the ship lock miter gate.Based on this,combined with actual example,this paper analyzes the manufacturing process and technical characteristics of the door leaf,and puts forward improvement measures of the welding process of super-large miter gate H beam and the application points of the epoxy resin easy disassembly plugging technology.According to the structural characteristics,the appropriate manufacturing and installation technologies are adopted,which effectively improves the manufacturing and installation quality of the ship lock miter gate through technical advantages,shortens construction time,reduces cost,and promotes the development of the engineering project.
