摘  要:挡环是车用驱动电机转子的核心零部件,其可靠性设计对电机转子的可靠性有重要的影响。文章在分析转子挡环功能特点和设计工况的基础上,提出了解析法和有限元法相结合的转子挡环过盈连接设计方法。并研究了不同的挡环安装工艺方法的实现条件及优劣势,给出了冷压工艺合理性的评估方法,为转子挡环的设计提供支撑。Retaining ring is the core component of the rotor in vehicle drive motors and its reliability design has a significant impact on the reliability of the motor rotor.Based upon analysis on the functional characteristics and design conditions of the rotor retaining ring,a design scheme is put forward,in which the interference connection of the rotor retaining ring is applied by the way to combine the analytical method with finite element method.The implementation conditions,advantages and disadvantages of different retaining ring installation process methods are studied,and then,an evaluation method for the rationality of the cold pressing process is worked out,to provide support for the rotor retaining ring design.
