摘 要:文章研究了整体真空压力浸渍用环氧酸酐树脂(GV PI树脂)的黏度-温度特性、老化黏度增长特性及其寿命特性,通过拟合得到了不同老化状态树脂的黏度-温度方程,为GVPI树脂的浸渍温度调整提供关键数据支撑。对GV PI树脂进行了不同温度老化的黏度变化试验,根据试验数据拟合得到老化黏度方程,由此可推算树脂的浸渍寿命,得出树脂浸渍温度越低,树脂连续浸渍寿命越长,越有利于延长树脂使用寿命的结论。The viscosity-temperature characteristics,aging viscosity growth characteristics and life time characteristics of the epoxy anhydride resins(GVPI resins)for integral vacuum pressure impregnation is studied while the viscosity-temperature equations of the resins in different aging states are obtained by the fitting method,providing the key data to support the adjustment of the impregnation temperature of the GVPI resins.The viscosity change test of GVPI resin aging at different temperatures is carried out,the aging viscosity equation is obtained either by fitting the test data,therefore,the impregnation life of the resin is deduced and at last comes the conclusion that the lower the impregnation temperature of the resin is,the longer the continuous impregnation life of the resin is,being more favorable to prolonging the service life of the resin.
