摘 要:现阶段,随着预应力技术的不断进步和工艺水平的不断提高,无粘结预应力混凝土结构被越来越多地应用于大型工业建筑项目。文章分析了该技术在某标准厂房建设项目中的应用,首先介绍了项目概况、设计要求及施工准备,然后从材料送检、材料制作、安装布设、混凝土浇筑、张拉作业及切断封锚六个方面详细剖析了施工过程质量控制,旨在达到工程质量标准和设计要求,解决长结构混凝土工程应变、温度应力及板面抗裂等问题,为后续无粘结预应力工程施工提供参考。At present,with the continuous progress of prestressing technology and the continuous improvement of process level,unbonded prestressed concrete structures are increasingly used in large-scale industrial building projects.This paper analyzes the application of this technology in a standard factory building construction project.Firstly,the project overview,design requirements and construction preparation are introduced.Then,the quality control of the construction process is analyzed in detail from six aspects:material inspection,material production,installation and layout,concrete pouring,tensioning operation and cutting off and sealing anchor.The purpose is to meet the engineering quality standards and design requirements,solve the problems of strain,temperature stress and slab crack resistance of long structure concrete engineering,and provide reference for the subsequent construction of unbonded prestressed engineering.
