新建高校工程全过程管理风险识别和对策研究

摘　　要：新建高校工程时间紧、任务重,作为地方重点项目,在建设期提高各阶段的风险管理识别能力,对节约投资、提高效率、按期交付、保障安全质量、确保流程合法合规性起着关键性作用。文章将新建高校的建设分成五个阶段:立项阶段、招投标及订立合同阶段、设计管理阶段、项目实施阶段、项目竣工验收及结算阶段,详细分析了各阶段存在的风险项及相应的风险应对策略,以期为同类项目提供指导和参考。As a key local project,the newly-built university engineering has a tight schedule and heavy tasks.Improving risk management and identification ability at each stage during the construction period plays a crucial role in saving investment,improving efficiency,delivering on schedule,ensuring safety and quality,and ensuring the legality and compliance of the process.The construction of the newly-built university is divided into five stages:project approval stage,bidding and contract signing stage,design management stage,project implementation stage,project completion acceptance and settlement stage.The risk items and corresponding risk response strategies in each stage are analyzed in detail in order to provide guidance and reference for similar projects.
