摘 要:文章针对恶劣环境下大型门洞或仓库的需求设计了一种大型多扇电动机库门,采用上导向、下承重的多扇推拉门式结构设计方案。下导轨上设计有加热融冰装置,上导轨横梁及导向轮可上下浮动,在遭遇大风天气或积雪时机库门可正常使用。基于建立的机库门有限元分析模型对关键零部件进行仿真分析,进一步验证设计的可靠性和安全性。设计的大型多扇电动机库门有效地为恶劣天气下的门洞和仓库问题提供了解决方案。A large multi-leaf electric motor warehouse door is designed to meet the requirements of large door openings or warehouses in harsh environments,which adopts a multi-leaf sliding door structural design scheme with upper guidance and lower load-bearing.The lower guide rail is equipped with a heating and ice melting device,and the transverse beam and guide wheel of the upper guide rail can float up and down.The electric motor warehouse door can be used normally when encountering strong wind weather or snow.Based on the established finite element analysis model of the electric motor warehouse door,the key components are simulated and analyzed to further verify the reliability and safety of the design.The designed large multi-leaf electric motor warehouse door effectively provides a solution to the problem of door openings and warehouses in harsh weather.
