摘 要:为提高掘进效率,保证矿井采掘正常接替,针对“钻爆法”岩巷掘进作业线存在机械化水平低、作业环境条件差、单进水平低、掘进效率低等问题,结合工作面实际情况,提出悬臂式综掘机+桥式转载机+带式输送机+干式除尘器的综合机械化作业线及优化支护设计和施工组织、改善作业环境等综合大断面岩巷快速掘进技术并进行现场应用,结果表明,应用该技术后,21091中底抽巷平均月进尺达到220 m,作业人员减少4人/班,工作面比原计划提前5个月贯通。Aiming at the problems of low mechanization level,poor working environment conditions,low single entry level,and low tunneling efficiency in the traditional"drilling and blasting"rock roadway tunneling operation line at 21091 rock roadway tunneling working face of Liangbei Colliery,the paper proposes a comprehensive mechanized work line consisting of a cantilever type comprehensive excavation machine,a bridge type transfer machine,a belt conveyor,and a dry dust collector,as well as comprehensive large-scale rock roadway rapid excavation techniques such as optimizing support design and construction organization,and improving the working environment,whose on-site application results show that the average monthly footage of the 21091 floor suction roadway reached 220 m,the number of workers decreased by 4 people/shift,and the working face was completed 5 months earlier than the original plan.
