摘 要:针对东曲矿+860 m水平二采区大采高一次采全高首采面28202工作面,原先采用金属网、板梁、圆木支护形式及收尾工艺已不能满足支护强度需求,难以保证工作面设备正常安全回撤,借鉴其他矿井工程实践经验,将聚酯纤维塑料网+钢丝绳+锚索收尾支护工艺成功应用于28202工作面,相比较于传统金属网铺网、联网工艺,工程实践中柔性网施工具有省工、省力、高效的显著经济技术优势,可在8#煤层综采工作面的收尾工作当中推广应用。The original use of metal mesh,plate beam,log support form and ending process can no longer meet the support strength requirements,making it difficult to ensure the normal and safe withdrawal of the working face equipment in the first full height mining face with large mining height at 28202 working face in 860 horizontal second mining area of Dongqu Colliery.Drawing on the practical experience of other mine engineering,the polyester fiber plastic mesh,steel wire rope and anchor cable ending support process has been successfully applied to the 28202 working face,compared with the traditional metal mesh and networking processes,the flexible network construction has significant economic and technical advantages of labor saving,least effort and high efficiency in engineering practice,which can be popularized and applied to the closing work of No.8 coal seam fully mechanized mining face.
