摘 要:由于回采循环推进快,以往王坡煤矿综采工作面回风顺槽上端头采用(单体柱+π梁)密集支护工艺,该工艺移柱频繁,职工劳动强度大,端头放顶效果差,单体柱“死柱”状况多,悬顶距离、面积经常超过作业规程要求。综采工作面上端头密集支护(单体柱+π梁)的支护工艺已成为综采工作面现场管理和区队迎检工作的“痛点”,也成了各类执法检查人员的“眼中盯”。3308工作面上端头采用自制的上端头大架替代了密集单体柱支护工艺,将ZQLY4000/20/38支架一组(2架)与回风顺槽超前支架底座连接,实现交替迈步式移动,可减少回风顺槽机尾的3名从事密集支护工艺的作业人员,成为“机动人员”。In response to the frequent movement of pillars in the original support technology(single pillar andπbeam dense support technology)of the fully mechanized mining face in Wangpo Colliery,high labor intensity of employees,poor effect of top caving at the end,multiple situations of single pillar"dead pillars",and frequent exceeding of the requirements of operating procedures in terms of suspended distance and area,the paper proposes to use a self-made upper end frame to replace the dense single column support process,connecting a group of ZQLY4000/20/38 brackets(2 frames)with the advanced support base of the return air entry,which realizes alternating step by step movement and can reduce the number of three operators engaged in dense support technology at the tail of the return air entry machine,becoming"mobile personnel".
