摘  要:为了确定不规则残采区沿空巷道煤柱宽度,以大阳煤矿3306工作面顺槽为工程实例,采用数值模拟和现场实测等方法探讨沿空掘巷煤柱宽度合理尺寸;分析表明,沿空掘巷过程中采用的煤柱宽度越宽,巷道两帮的围岩更加稳定;煤柱宽度在6 m以下巷道围岩顶底板和两帮变形量较大,沿空掘巷煤柱尺寸范围在6~10 m可保障巷道围岩稳定,最终选用8 m宽的煤柱。现场观测表明,留设8 m煤柱时,在优化(补强)支护方案,即采用高强度高预应力锚网索联合支护后,巷道顶底板和两帮移近量满足安全生产要求,支护取得效果良好。In order to determine the width of coal pillars along the goaf in irregular residual mining areas,taking the 3306 working face of Dayang Colliery as an engineering example,the article uses numerical simulation and on-site measurement methods to explore the reasonable size of coal pillar width along the goaf and determines an 8 m wide coal pillar.Analysis shows that the wider the width of the coal pillar used in the process of tunneling along the goaf,the more stable the surrounding rock on both sides of the tunnel,when the width of the coal pillar is less than 6 m,the deformation of the roof,floor,and two sides of the surrounding rock of the roadway is relatively large.The size range of the coal pillar in the goaf excavation roadway is 6~10 m,which can ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.On site observation shows that when the reserve-width of coal pillar is 8 m,after optimizing(reinforcing)the support scheme,which adopts high-strength and high prestressed anchor mesh cable combined support,the top and bottom plates of the tunnel and the displacement of the two sides meet the safety production requirements,and the support effect is good.
