摘  要:随着井工开采煤矿开采深度的不断增大,煤岩巷道支护问题越来越突出;针对深部煤矿巷道经常出现的锚杆(锚索)断裂等支护失效问题,在分析锚杆破坏特点的基础上,拟提出一种能够防止应力集中的新型锚杆,并在谢桥煤矿2131工作面进行了应用。新型锚杆试验结果表明,顶板锚杆受力最大值为118 kN,高帮锚杆受力值最大为156 kN,低帮锚杆受力最大值为99 kN,巷道顶板离层值和顶板下沉量均较小,顶板支护满足安全要求,围岩整体变形量较小,未出现断锚杆等支护失效问题。In response to the frequent failure of support such as bolt(cable)breakage in deep coal mine tunnels,based on the analysis of the characteristics of bolt failure,the authors propose a new type of bolt that can prevent stress concentration and is applied in the 2131 working face of Xieqiao Coal Mine,whose application results show that the maximum force on the roof bolt is 118 kN,the maximum force on the high side bolt is 156 kN,and the maximum force on the low side bolt is 99 kN.The separation value and subsidence of the roadway roof are both small,and the roof support meets safety requirements.The overall deformation of the surrounding rock is small,with no support failures such as broken bolts.
