摘 要:为解决15111工作面回采过老巷可能出现大面积来压和片帮冒顶等危害,保证回采安全,对老巷的破坏情况进行分析后,将老巷顶板划分为裂隙发育区和垮落区,并有针对性地采取锚网索支护、高分子材料注浆加固联合支护方案。通过加强支护,使老巷顶板破碎围岩固结,并提高了围岩的稳定性和整体性。在工作面回采通过老巷过程中未发生大面积来压和片帮冒顶现象,确保了工作面回采安全。In order to solve the potential hazards of large area pressure and roof falling during the mining of the old roadway in the 15111 working face,and to ensure mining safety,based on the analysis of the damage situation of the old roadway,the author divides the roof of the old roadway into crack development areas and collapse areas,and proposes a targeted combination support plan of anchor mesh cable support and polymer material grouting reinforcement,which consolidates the broken surrounding rock of the old roadway roof,improves the stability and integrity of the surrounding rock,and ensures the safety of the mining face.
