摘 要:韩家洼矿22401工作面在回采设计时为有效避免小窑区影响的同时有效回收煤炭资源,设计工作面分为3个不同阶段,工作面面长分别为240 m、180 m、150 m。通过理论分析、现场实测结果汇总解析的方法,对特厚煤层条件下超前支承压力分布面长效应进行了研究。分析了现有超前支承压力计算公式的不足;现场实测出工作面长度由150 m增加至240 m时,超前支承压力峰值增加4.57 MPa、峰值位置延展5 m,影响范围扩大17 m;采用曲线拟合分析得出了工作面长度与超前支承压力峰值大小、峰值位置以及影响范围的对数函数关系。In order to effectively avoid the impact of small kiln areas and effectively recover coal resources,the paper designs to divide the 22401 working face of Hanjiawa Colliery into three different stages,with working face lengths of 240 m,180 m,and 150 m.Through theoretical analysis and on-site measurement results summary analysis,it studies the length effect of the distribution surface of advanced abutment pressure under the condition of ultra-thick coal seams,analyzes the shortcomings of existing formulas for calculating advanced abutment pressure,and finds that when the length of the working face increases from 150 m to 240 m,the peak of the advanced abutment pressure increases by 4.57 MPa,the peak position extends by 5 m,and the impact range expands by 17 m,finally,it obtains the logarithmic function relationship between the length of the working face and the peak size,peak position,and influence range of the advanced abutment pressure through curve fitting analysis.
