摘 要:为了揭示粒度对煤炭复燃(二次氧化)行为的影响规律,选取平煤八矿烟煤制成1.0~3.0 mm(1#),3.0~7.0 mm(2#)和7.0~10.0 mm(3#)的3种粒径煤样及其混合煤样(4#),采用自主研发的程序升温试验装置进行煤炭自燃特性试验,测定复燃过程中耗氧速率、标志性气体(CO、CO_(2))产生率的变化情况。结果表明:对于不同粒度的煤样,其粒度越小,耗氧速率、CO和CO_(2)产生率越大,这是由于煤样粒度越小,复燃煤样的比表面积依然越大、对氧气的吸附能力仍越强;而对于混合煤样,CO和CO_(2)产生率的变化介于1#和2#煤样之间,耗氧速率的变化则介于三种粒度煤样之间,这主要取决于混合煤样比表面积、热量积聚及氧气扩散的共同作用。In order to reveal the influence law of particle size on coal reignition behavior,coal samples of 1.0~3.0 mm(No.1),3.0~7.0 mm(No.2)and 7.0~10.0 mm(No.3)and their mixed coal samples(No.4)were made from bituminous coal in No.8 Colliery of Pingdingshan Tian’an Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.,whose spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal are tested by self-developed programmed temperature test device with the changes of oxygen consumption rate,production rate of signature gases(CO,CO_(2))during the reignition process.The results show that the smaller the particle size of coal samples,the higher the oxygen consumption rate,CO and CO_(2) production rate.This is because the smaller the particle size of coal samples,the larger the specific surface area of coal samples and the stronger the adsorption capacity of oxygen.For the mixed coal samples,the change of CO and CO_(2) production rate is between No.1 and No.2 coal samples,and the change of oxygen consumption rate is between the three kinds of grain size coal samples,which mainly depends on the combined effect of the specific surface area,heat accumulation and oxygen diffusion of the mixed coal samples.
