摘  要:为了研究大体积混凝土浇筑后一段时间后的温度及应力变化规律,基于某工业厂房设备基础工程配合比建立了首浇仓块的有限元仿真模型,研究了结构关键区域沿高度方向的温度及应力的时变规律,并与现场实测结果进行了对比。结果表明:各测点的温度均先迅速上升后缓慢下降,温度场分布规律为内部中心区域为高温区,随着时间的延长,高温区温度下降并逐渐下移;应力场分布规律为中心区域受压,大体积混凝土表面及下部受约束部位受拉,结构形状突变处拉应力早期发展较快;现场实测的温度变化规律与仿真模拟结果基本一致,温升相对误差在10%~20%,大体积混凝土沿高度方向越接近底部,温升相对误差越小。In order to study the temperature and stress changes during a period of time after pouring mass concrete,a finite element simulation model of the first poured block was established based on the mix proportion of an industrial factory equipment foundation engineering.The time-varying laws of temperature and stress along the height direction in the key areas of the structure were studied,and compared with the on-site measured results.The results show that the temperature of each measuring point rises rapidly first and then decreases slowly.The distribution law of temperature field is as follows:the temperature in the inner central area is high,and the temperature value of the high temperature area decreases and moves down gradually as time goes on.The distribution law of stress field is as follows:the central region is compressed,the surface and the lower part of the structure are strained,the tensile stress at the structural mutation develops rapidly in the early stage.The temperature variation pattern measured on site is basically consistent with the simulation results.The relative error of temperature rise is 10%~20%,and the relative error of temperature rise for mass concrete is smaller as it approaches the bottom along the height direction.
