摘  要:基于COMSOL平台对重晶石混凝土的缺陷检测进行了仿真模拟及试验验证。结果表明:在多物理场耦合作用下,若边界条件与缺陷设定合理、模型建立准确,可以得到压电声场在各种介质中的传播路径与声场分布;通过压电探头接收的电信号与超声波位移场结合可以判断超声波的传播路径,从而对缺陷进行定位和定量计算缺陷半径;模拟缺陷半径接近实测与设计缺陷半径。Based on COMSOL platform,the defect detection of baryte concrete was simulated.The results show that the propagation path and sound field distribution of piezoelectric sound field in various media can be obtained even under the coupling of multiphysics simulation,as long as the boundary and defect are set reasonably and the model is established accurately.By combining the electrical signal received by the piezoelectric probe with the ultrasonic displacement field,the propagation path of the ultrasonic wave can be determined,thereby locating and quantitatively calculating the defect radius.The simulated defect radius is close to the measured and designed defect radius.
