摘 要:研究了橡胶颗粒等质量替代0、10%、20%、30%、40%的石英砂对应变硬化水泥基复合材料(SHCC)力学及抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明:随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,试件的抗压和抗拉强度降低,但延性增加;随着环境温度的降低,同类试件的最大冲击荷载增大,最大位移减小;与未掺橡胶颗粒的SHCC相比,橡胶改性SHCC具有更高的耗能能力,尤其是在低温(-50℃)环境下,说明橡胶改性SHCC更适合应用于寒冷地区;适当增加橡胶颗粒的掺量有利于进一步提高SHCC在低温环境下的抗冲击性能;在亚高温(150℃)环境下,随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,橡胶改性SHCC的耗能能力基本略有下降,且随着冲击高度的增加,下降幅度基本呈减小趋势,但基本高于未掺橡胶颗粒的试件。The effects of replacing 0,10%,20%,30%and 40%quartz sand with rubber particles on the mechanical properties and impact resistance of strain hardening cementitious composites(SHCC)were studied.The results show that with the increase of rubber particle content,the compressive strength and tensile strength of the specimen decrease,but the ductility increases.As the ambient temperature decreases,the maximum impact load of the specimen increases and the maximum impact displacement decreases.Compared with SHCC without rubber particles,the SHCC modified by rubber particles has higher energy consumption capacity,especially in low temperature(-50℃)environment,indicating that the SHCC modified by rubber particles is more suitable for application in cold regions.Increasing the content of rubber particles appropriately is beneficial for further improving the impact resistance of SHCC in low temperature environment.In a sub high temperature(150℃)environment,with the increase of rubber particle content,the energy consumption capacity of the SHCC modified by rubber particles decreases slightly,and with the increase of impact height,the decrease trend is basically decreasing,but it is basically higher than that of the specimens without rubber particles.
