摘　　要：随着电动汽车的普及率逐年增高,残疾人、老年人等出行不便群体购买电动汽车的数量也越来越多。如何让这部分人群能够方便地使用充电设施,尤其是让使用者可以独立完成充电,已经成为一个现实而紧迫的课题。本文根据目前电动汽车发展的现状,结合充电过程中残疾人、老年人、身材矮小者等遇到的问题,对电动汽车充电过程中的空间需求、充电桩可操作控件的具体要件予以了论述。除此之外,本文还对无障碍停车位与无障碍充电车位之间的差异、无障碍充电车位的改造也进行了阐述。目前国内在该领域尚未见相关研究,作者希望通过本文对未来的电动汽车时代的无障碍建设起到一定的参考作用。As the popularity of electric vehicles continues to increase year by year,the number of purchases made by people with disabilities,the elderly,and other groups with limited mobility is also growing.Ensuring that these individuals can conveniently use charging facilities,especially enabling them to independently complete the charging process,has become a practical and urgent issue.This article discusses the spatial requirements during the charging process and specific requirements for operable controls of charging stations,taking into account the current status of electric vehicle development and the challenges faced by people with disabilities,the elderly,and those of shorter stature.Furthermore,the article explores the differences between accessible parking spaces and accessible charging stations,as well as the modifications needed for making charging stations accessible.Since there is a lack of relevant research in this field in China,the author hopes that this article can serve as a reference for future accessibility initiatives in the era of electric vehicles.
