摘　　要：福利事业的服务对象具有特殊性,需要社会对他们给予更多的关怀。福利中心作为福利事业服务对象的居所,需要从硬件方面打造出有温度有人文关怀的居住场所,让老年人从生理和心理上感受到社会的温暖和生命的价值。本文以泉州市丰泽区社会福利中心建设项目为例,突出以人为本的设计原则,寻求为特殊人群打造出一个有温情的理想居所。The object of welfare service has its particularity,which needs the society to give them more care.As the living place of welfare service objects,the welfare center needs to design the building with temperature and humanistic care from the aspect of hardware,so that the nursing staff can feel the warmth of society and the value of life from the physical and psychological aspects.Taking Social Welfare Center project in Fengze District of Quanzhou City as an example,this paper highlights the design principle of people-oriented,seeking to create a warm ideal residence for special people.
