摘 要:随着智慧城市的发展,如何完善城市校园工程技术成为建筑工程企业可持续发展的关键。本文基于校园施工技术的实践,针对我国城市校园中存在的影响工程项目技术的问题,以北京工业大学耿丹学院——综合教学楼为例,介绍校园“BIM施工管理技术”的应用实践,充分统筹建筑、结构、机电等各专业之间的一体化协同设计。秉持模型制胜的同时BIM施工管理技术能够满足施工方的多元化需求,构建城市校园可视化的智慧工程模型。With the development of smart cities,how to improve urban campus engineering technology has become the key to the sustainable development of construction engineering enterprises.Based on the practice of campus construction technology,in response to the problems that affect engineering project technology in urban campuses in China,this paper takes the Comprehensive Teaching Building at Gengdan Institute of Beijing University of Technology as an example,and introduces the application practice of"BIM construction management technology"on campus,which fully coordinates the integrated collaborative design among various specialties such as architecture,structure,and electromechanical.Adhering to the principle of model winning while BIM construction management technology can meet the diverse needs of construction parties,building a smart engineering model for visualizing urban campuses.
