摘　　要：以广西为样本开展智能好房产业发展研究对于向东盟十国以及东南亚输出中国智慧具有重要的意义。这将有效推动中国和东盟国家相关产业的发展,促进双方在建筑领域的合作,以智能好房为居民提供更好的居住条件和房屋选择。这将有助于增进中国与东盟国家之间的友好关系,共同实现可持续发展的目标。Taking Guangxi as a sample,this paper conducts research on the development of intelligent better housing industry,which is of great significance for exporting Chinese wisdom to the ten ASEAN countries and Southeast Asia.This will effectively promote the development of related industries in both China and ASEAN countries,especially enhance cooperation in the construction field,and provide better living conditions and housing choices for residents through intelligent better housing.What’s more,this will also contribute to enhance friendly relations between China and ASEAN countries,and jointly achieve the goal of sustainable development.
