摘　　要：实行建筑能耗超限额加价管理制度是合理控制建筑能耗水平和能耗总量的重要途径之一。本文对无锡市机关办公建筑能耗进行了调研,采用聚类分析法对样本数据进行筛选处理,并且应用限额水平法确定了不同限额水平的建筑能耗值。本文为综合考虑无锡地区公共建筑的能耗水平和已有节能改造建筑的能耗情况,选取限额水平0.20作为建筑能耗合理值,限额水平0.50作为建筑能耗先进值,并且分别给出了无锡市机关办公建筑能耗的约束值和引导值的建议。It is one of the important ways to control the energy consumption level and total energy consumption reasonably by implementing the management system of building energy consumption over-quota price increase.The survey on the energy consumption of office buildings in Wuxi City was investigated.The sample data were selected and processed by cluster analysis,and the building energy consumption values at different quota levels were determined by quota level method.Considering the energy consumption level of office buildings and the energy consumption of existing energy-saving renovation buildings in Wuxi area,the limit level of 0.20 is selected as the constrained value of building energy consumption,and the limit level of 0.50 is taken as the advanced value of building energy consumption,which could provide suggestions for the constrained and advanced values of energy consumption in office buildings in Wuxi city respectively.
