摘　　要：本文通过对国际不同近零能耗建筑认证体系的研究,结合我国产品质量认证制度,提出了近零能耗建筑系统认证体系。采取“文件审查+现场检测+现场检查”的认证模式,开展近零能耗建筑系统自愿性产品认证,从项目实施的方案、设计、施工、竣工、运行等方面全过程把控项目建设水平,对确保建成的近零能耗建筑实现高品质目标,推动我国近零能耗建筑的健康发展具有重要意义。Through research on different international certification systems for nearly zero energy buildings,this paper proposes a certification system for nearly zero energy buildings,in combination with the product quality certification system in China.The certification model adopts"document review+on-site testing+on-site inspection",and carries out voluntary product certification for nearly zero energy building systems.The project construction level is controlled throughout the whole project implementation process including planning,design,construction,completion,operation,and other aspects,which is of great significance to ensure the achievement of high-quality goals for completed nearly zero energy buildings and promote the healthy development of nearly zero energy buildings in China.
