夏热冬冷地区既有公共建筑低碳节能改造技术路径研究

摘　　要：本研究基于既有公共建筑改造实例,提出了“降需、增效、产能、提质”的技术路径,进一步明确了高性能围护结构节能降需、高效主动能源系统增效、可再生能源系统产能、智慧运维监管平台提质运行四大低碳节能改造分项的技术要点和优化方向,通过多种低碳节能技术的集成应用,实现了夏热冬冷地区既有公共建筑实现零能耗建筑的改造目标。本研究可为夏热冬冷地区既有公共建筑进行节能低碳改造提供有效的技术路径。Based on existing examples of public building renovation,this study put forwards the technical path of“demand reduction,efficiency increase,energy productivity and quality improvement”and further clarified the technical points and optimization directions of the four major lowcarbon and energy-saving renovation sub-projects on energy saving and demand reduction of high-performance envelope structure,efficiency improvement of efficient active energy system,production capacity of renewable energy system,and intelligent operation and quality improvement operation of operation and maintenance supervision platform.Through the integrated application of various low-carbon and energy-saving technologies,the goal of transforming existing public buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone has realized zero energy consumption.This study can provide an effective technical path for energy-saving and low-carbon renovation of existing public buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone.
