摘　　要：济宁内环高架工程是济宁市城建重点项目。为全面践行绿色建造理念,项目采用预制装配式施工,通过工厂化生产。针对该项目的高架箱梁吊装受限特点,采用双机锁定的创新技术,桁架上方设置天车,实现吊装物的精准就位。实现绿色、快速、安全、节能施工,推进行业“绿色施工、智能建造”的步伐,解决环境保护、扬尘治理等问题,为城市建造的理想方案。Jining inner ring viaduct project is a key urban construction project in Jining City.In order to fully implement the concept of green construction,the project adopts prefabricated production and construction.In view of the limited lifting characteristics of the elevated box girder of the project,the innovative technology of dual locking is adopted,and the crane is set above the truss to realize the accurate positioning of the lifting objects,so as to achieve green,fast,safe and energy-saving construction,promote the pace of"green construction and intelligent construction"in the industry,and solve the problems of environmental protection and dust control,which could provide ideal solution for urban construction.
